John began his real estate career in 2007 and oversees the company’s day‐to‐operations and asset management, focusing primarily on project underwriting, acquisition, and management of the company's current and future development pipeline. John performed and managed all acquisitions, rehabilitation, and financing for the company's single family rental portfolio. More recently, John managed the acquisition, entitlement, construction, and disposition of the company’s 250 17th Street and 528 Thomas L Berkley Way projects. Prior to founding CRC Development, John was a Financial Analyst in the Washington, D.C. office of investment bank Houlihan Lokey.
John holds a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and is a Board Member of Oakland’s Jobs and Housing Coalition. Born and raised in San Francisco, John currently lives in Marin County with his wife and their two children.
