DB+A completed the Specific Plan and Entitlement approvals for the International Park of Commerce project in Tracy, California. This 1,780-acre project in a prime Northern California location has the potential to accommodate over 30 million square feet of building area.
This is one of the largest business parks to receive recent approval for new development and is gaining considerable attention from potential users looking to locate near the greater Bay Area. DB+A prepared the Specific Plan, was closely involved with the Entitlement and EIR process, coordinated the General Plan Amendment, and participated in the City Annexation process. DB+A continues to manage ongoing landscape construction documents and entitlements for individual efforts within the overall project at large.
